Portland Streetcar & TriMet Passenger Services:

Portland Streetcar Customer Service – EXCEPT Lost and Found

503-222-4200: For feedback about your experience, general questions, or to report an issue.

Portland Streetcar Lost and Found – 9am – 2pm, Weekdays (Closed Holidays)

503-823-2900, Option 2: For items lost on a Portland Streetcar vehicle or at a shelter. Items are held for 14 days.

TriMet 238-RIDE – 7:30am – 5:30pm, Weekdays (Closed Holidays)

503-238-RIDE (7433): For trip planning and schedules (including Portland Streetcar), or to report an issue on a TriMet bus or MAX. TriMet security does not serve Portland Streetcar.

Hop Fastpass Support7:30am – 5:30pm, Weekdays (Closed Holidays)

1-844-MYHOPCARD (694-6722): For help with a Hop Fastpass account or to reload a card by phone. Check balance or remaining time on a Hop Card or Hop Ticket 24/7/365.


Portland Police Bureau (PPB):

Emergencies and Urgent Issues – 24-hours

911: Report threats, weapons, crimes in progress, or emergency medical issues.

Non-emergency police – 24-hours

503-823-3333: Report a crime that has already occurred, like vandalism, theft, or missing property.


Street Support:

County Crisis Line – 24-hours

503-988-4888: To get yourself or someone you know connected to mental health services.

Portland Street Response Mental Health Support and Outreach

503-823-PSR3: Get help for someone on the street that is having a mental health crisis.

311: To connect you or someone you know with homeless resources and shelter.


Other City Resources:

Downtown Clean & Safe – 24-hours

503-388-3888: For help with a non-emergency cleaning or security issue at a Portland Streetcar platform within the service district. Shelters in the service district will have a sticker with a green boxed area.

City Park Rangers

503-823-1637: Report park rule violations, like drugs, smoking, dogs off-leash, or alcohol. Call 911 for threats or weapons.

Drug Dealing – 24-hours

503-823-3784: This doesn’t create a case number, but is used by police to gather information.

Trash Dumping and Removal

503-234-3000: Report trash, mattresses, furniture, and bulky items for removal by Metro RID.

Abandoned Vehicles

503-823-5195: Report vehicles that are inoperable or damaged and haven’t moved for a long time or vehicles that are illegally parked.
